We are currently hiring for the following positions!

Mental Health Therapist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Therapist in an outpatient private practice. The therapist will be responsible for providing individual therapy, family therapy, case management, and mental health assessments. The therapist will coordinate and communicate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses to ensure appropriate patient care.


Qualifications

A successful candidate should possess:


  • A Master's degree in Counseling from an accredited college or University
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to maintain patient records and provide regular documentation


Qualifications that would be beneficial:


  • A Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Associate License Counselor (ALC) license in good standing in the state of Alabama
  • Two years of experience in a clinical setting working with children, adolescents, or adults
  • Training and certification in trauma-informed care modalities and interventions
